Why can't I receive an email with a verification code?

  1. Check the spam folder of your inbox. Our verification codes are always sent from Xiaomi Account's official email address.

  2. Check whether you've added account-service@xiaomi.com to your email's blocklist. If so, unblock it.

  3. Make sure the email address you've set as your recovery email is valid. If it has been suspended or deleted, visit "Restore security info" for assistance.

  4. If none of the methods described above work for you, the email we sent might have been blocked by your corporate server. Contact your system administrator.
